June 13 through July 12

Help Equip Students to Learn
 

Temple Emanu-El is partnering with JFS Silicon Valley to help 385 students of all ages have a successful start to the new school year.  Your donation of a backpack, school supplies or gift cards to purchase school clothing and shoes will help students start the year off right.  Many of these students are attending school in the U.S. for the very first time and need your support!  Your donations make a world of a difference!

3 Easy Ways to Help!

1. Go to SignUpGenius and sign-up for items to donate https://www.signupgenius.com/go/jfssvetl2024 (QR code below)
   1. Buy the items directly from SignUpGenius and they will be shipped to JFS Silicon Valley; OR
   2. Buy the items in stores and drop off at JFS Silicon Valley during business hours.  Call for an appointment at 408-596-1143 during business hours; OR
   3. Donate funds to the ETL fund and we’ll shop for you!
2. Mail a check to JFS Silicon Valley.  Mark it “Equipped to Learn” and we will order the items for you. P.O. Box 320490, Los Gatos, Ca 95032
3. Donate Target Gift Cards in $25 or $50 amounts for school clothes and shoes.  Bring or mail them to JFS Silicon Valley.

Please consider gift cards so students can shop for school clothes and shoes.  Many of our students are attending school in the U.S. for the very first time.  They want to dress appropriately and feel confident for the new school year!
