The Temple Emanu-El Adult Education Committee is pleased to announce its 2025-2026 courses, discussion groups and events. We have put together these offerings to ensure that there are one or more learning opportunities of interest to almost all congregants. Programs are provided at no charge. Community members are welcome to attend. Some offerings are continuing groups or classes and others are one- time programs or short series courses.

Some classes venture beyond the traditional -- Lunch and Learn Torah Study with the Rabbi on the fourth Wednesday of each month offers an opportunity to discuss a wide range of relevant topics in an open forum. Introduction to Judaism is taught by our Rabbi, Dana Magat, along with Rabbi Nico Socolovsky of Shir Hadash, Rabbi Kunin of Congregation Beth David, and Rabbi Josh Berkenwald of Congregation Sinai.

Adult Education offerings may include:

• Lunch and Learn (Torah Studies)
• Weekly Chats with the Rabbi
• HnH: Holy Days and Holidays through the lens of Rabbinic Literature
• Rashi, Torah and Ethics
• Judaism 101 with Rabbi Magat
