Our staff is very stable with minimal turnover each year. They understand the importance of putting the needs of the children first and treating every child as an individual. It only takes spending a few minutes at TEPS to realize we do an awful lot of laughing and it is because we truly love being with our little friends.
Our school consists of 6 classrooms and preschool sized classrooms. Our playground has a great climbing structure, giant sandbox, bike area, ball area, playhouse area and a memorial garden that the children help to maintain. Our classes come together at recess time and it is wonderful to have sibling groups reconnect, allow children to meet new friends and it gives the kids a chance to get to know all of the staff. This really makes a huge impact when it is time to change classes each year as the kids already know the teachers.
