Tot Shabbat Services Once each month we have a special shabbat service designed for families with very young children. The services are filled with sing-along music and are less than 20 minutes long, ideal for babies and children under 5 years old. We call these "Tot Shabbat" services. Tot Shabbat is led by our Rabbi Magat and Cantor Meeka. During the school year, we meet in the Sanctuary and service begins at 6:00 PM. These brief services feature upbeat songs, a short story, and a talk with the Rabbi on the bema. After every service we have a family-friendly potluck dinner at where both kids and parents can meet, play, and socialize. Families bring a dish to share and the Temple provides a dessert. During warm weather we have dinner at our picnic tables on the playground and during the colder months we eat inside and have a craft activity for the kids. Please come join us!
