And that is one of the great issues that face’s Israel, but not the only one. The Charadi (ultra religious) in Israel have too much power, the environmental concerns with water, the economy, the lack of a constitution are other issues that Israel must face as well.  The problem often is that most resources go toward defending the country and not toward some of these other issues.
